Returns and Damages Policy

Responsibility for Damaged Items
La Petite takes full responsibility for any items that are damaged due to company errors or manufacturing defects like pilling or shrinking. However, we cannot be held liable for damages caused by improper care, such as incorrect washing or handling after purchase.

Refund Policy
Customers may return items for a refund within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are subject to a 5% deduction. Or 100 shekel, the lesser of the two.

Store Credit and Exchange
Items returned within 14 days of purchase are eligible for store credit or exchange.

Shipping
All orders will be shipped out with our shipping service within 3 to 7 business days.
